Essent API services are available here, allowing you to easily integrate our mortgage insurance
eligibility and quote services into your workflow. Since our API is RESTful, you can integrate
with our services using virtually any programming language.

All you need to start consuming our services is your account credentials (for OAuth tokens) or an API Key. You can
then use those to submit a service request to Essent for either a rate quote or an order for MI quickly and easily.

Our API uses a subset of the industry standard MISMO version 2.3.1 specification. That allows you to easily
